Elizabeth Eve
Top Dog / Founder / President
As co-founder and president of Ortho Dog, Elizabeth has helped shape the company since the very beginning in 2002. Elizabeth is also a massage therapist and brings her expertise and knowledge of how the human body works to similarly support our canine companions.
Elizabeth and her wife, KC, have three rescue dogs (Annie, Abbie, and Sister) and a cat (Harvey). Annie and Abbie are both tripods. Sister and Annie are certified therapy dogs. Elizabeth has been taking Sister to hospitals and various care facilities for many years, but Sister is about to retire and Annie is going to step up and take over the job!
KC Cartledge
#1 Pawponent / Support
KC couldn’t have been happier to join the Ortho Dog pack when she married co-founder Elizabeth. As co-companion to dogs Annie, Abbie, and Sister, KC has a big love for dogs of all shapes and sizes. She is an ardent supporter of and a believer of Ortho Dog’s mission.
She wears many hats at Ortho Dog and provides support with shipping and assembling braces. She also builds tables for the sew shop and amuses the entire team with her special brand of humor.

Jenna Lindbo
Head of Operations
Jenna is the leader of the pack when it comes to providing top-notch customer service and making hounds and humans happy. She has worked with Ortho Dog in varying capacities since 2015, from shipping orders to assisting at the sew shop. She’s an administrative wizard and wears many hats at our Headquarters office, consistently striving to improve daily operations and systems to ensure customers around the world find the best brace and optimal fit for their pups. She can be found frolicking in the mountains with her senior rescue dog, Toby Jones. Toby loves adventures of all kinds with his new family, especially coming to work with Jenna and being part of the Ortho Dog pack.
Fun fact: Jenna spent years traveling the country as a singer-songwriter and made many furry friends along the way at concert halls and coffee shops from the Cascade Mountains to the coast of Maine. She is a dog lover through and through! Her dream of being a dog mama brought her to Asheville so she could provide a forever home for a tail-wagging friend-to-be. If you’re a music lover or need a lift today, check out her song Angels on the Subway with the lyrics, “muddy pawed angels like to jump up on your lap.”
Sarah Wesserling
A North Carolina native, Sarah joins the Ortho Dog team and brings with her a suitcase full of varying experiences and expertise. She became a licensed massage therapist in 2015, where she gained knowledge and a growing interest in anatomy, as well as a passion for wellness and helping others. Prior to her deep dive into human anatomy, Sarah spent time working with the Humane Society as an adoption specialist, giving her an understanding of the joys and challenges of working with animals in need. Human bingo fact: Sarah is a photographer and has helped many creatures find forever homes by capturing their personalities on camera! Her other previous roles have included Vegan Chef, Vintage & Antiques Sales, Student Supervisor, and extensive Customer Service positions.
Sarah is the queen of helpful reminders, checklists, and all things organization – an incredible addition here at our headquarters! She LOVES the sun, plants, fresh veggies from the Farmer’s Market, rocks of all varieties; and in her spare time she enjoys exploring the mountains, sitting outside with a good book, cooking, listening to music, and leaning into the continual pursuit of knowledge.
